Our client, a growing healthcare firm, is seeking an Operations Leader to join its team.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility and ensuring that all operations are conducted in accordance with established standards and regulations.
  • Managing the facility’s budget, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, and ensuring that the facility operates within its budgetary constraints.
  • Supervising the maintenance and upkeep of the facility and building grounds, and ensuring that all areas are safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team to ensure that the facility operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborating with other managers and staff members to identify and implement operational improvements.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensuring that the facility meets all regulatory requirements and maintains its licensure and accreditation.
  • Managing and resolving any operational issues that arise, and ensuring that the facility continues to provide high-quality healthcare services.

Job Details

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Excellent financial management skills, with experience in managing budgets, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other managers and staff members.
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services.
