Job Description

America’s Car-Mart is in search for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in customer service. The position is responsible for supporting the Collection Services Department by assisting in processing claims.

Detailed Responsibilities:

· Negotiate payments from insurance providers.

· Works with insurance provider and customer to acquire any needed documentation and move the claim forward.

· Report on Pending Claims weekly

· Monitor settled and denied claims for consistency

Job Requirements

· Exceptional communication and organizational skills

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Experience in processing insurance claims is preferred but not required

Work Schedule/Hours

Must be available to work between the hours of 7am to 8pm Monday thru Saturday. A 40 hour schedule will be assigned to you between that time frame. Alternating Saturdays. Occasional split days off. Schedule and/or hours may be adjusted with a need for overtime hours or reduced work depending upon business demand.
