Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Duties:
- Develop ongoing relationships and interaction with HRS members to understand and serve the needs of the business
- Achieve or exceed annual savings targets
- Provide fact-based solutions
- Develop and maintain a keen understanding of the existing member GPO contracts mix/utilization and understand emerging potential suppliers and technologies
- Develop supplier relations to create partnerships and maximize relationships
- Monitor and measure GPO program and contract utilization performance at the individual HRS member and HRS system level
- Negotiate vendor contracts professionally and aggressively on behalf of the HRS and HRS members
- Analyze contract purchases for compliance
- Utilize spend analytic tools to drive efficiency and cost reductions, supplier collaboration and increased contract connections
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Three years’ experience in contract management, data analytics and/or supply chain or related fields
