A leader in the industry, Wavelengths Recovery, LLC is a comprehensive treatment center that helps individuals who are struggling with addiction. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team of talent. Working closely with the Human Resources Director, the candidate will hold responsibilities in the administration of human resource functional areas that include talent acquisition and onboarding, training and development, benefit administration, leave management, retention, workers compensation and safety.
A successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have a working knowledge of both federal and state regulations relating to human resources.
· 2 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in a healthcare organization.
· Experience in full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels in the organization.
· Proficiency with computer software including online HR programs, Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and advanced Excel). Working knowledge HRIS systems.
· Strong attention to detail, with the ability quickly change direction without compromising accuracy.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality, with a high level of ethics, integrity, and discretion.
· Prefer a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
· PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
· Facility Personnel Health Screening Report (C-3) completed by a licensed medical professional.
· Must be able to pass a background screening and pre-employment drug screen.
