Contracting and Operations Manager – Health Resource Services – SeaTac, WA

Duties:

  • Conduct all aspects of contract/agreement negotiation/renewal life cycle
  • Determine key areas to grow HRS contract portfolio in order to increase membership and provide additional value for current members
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors
  • Work directly with customers to set appropriate expectations, determine target dates, manage customer tasks, and provide regular project updates during new member implementation
  • Work with internal and external teams to keep new member implementation activities on schedule and escalate issues/risks to the project team and leadership
  • Participate in the development of onboarding strategic plans, goals, and objectives ensuring alignment with those of the rest of the company
  • CRM maintenance to include loading of system data, data entry, data quality and verification
  • Participate and contribute to performance improvement initiatives and special projects

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required

Three to five years’ experience with contracting, cost management, consulting, and/or systems development experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Three to five years’ experience with project management

Three to five years’ experience working in a team environment in a health care-related field

CRM Experience (Salesforce)
