Automotive Store Manager – Automotive Business – Clovis, CA

A local family owned business for over 45 years is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and experienced store manager who understands the importance of P&Ls, productivity and can successfully manage one of our high volume stores. Excellent people skills and the ability to exceed sales and bottom line revenue budget are the key to success in this position.

The Store Manager is responsible for achieving tire and service sales objectives while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. He/she is also responsible for managing the performance of 6 to 9 team members. The store manager candidate will be expected to perform his/her duties each and every day motivating and building a culture to deliver the highest level of performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in selling tires and automotive service.
  • Experience in successfully managing a crew of 6 to 9 people and exceeding sales and profit objectives.
  • Major focus on customer satisfaction and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Advanced understanding and experience in business management.
  • Team oriented, flexible, and proven leadership skills.
  • Valid and current Driver’s license.
  • Available to work Saturdays and some Sundays.
  • ASE or Automotive experience is a plus.
  • College degree preferred.
