Job Summary:
Ohio Truck Sales is looking to add additional Junior Truck Sales Professionals to its Sales Team! The Truck Sales Professional’s purpose is to provide excellent sales service to incoming customers, answer questions and coordinate sales. Must be personable, a problem-solver, ethical, intelligent, and have a proven excellent sales aptitude.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, digital leads and on-site customer visits
- Establish and maintain relationships with long-term Ohio Truck Sales customers and new prospects
- Utilize CRM software (Sales Force; training provided)
- Create and generate sales opportunities through business development
- Meet sales goals
- Answer customer questions quickly and factually
- Communicate the mechanical condition of the truck of their interest
- Negotiate with customers
- Complete all paperwork required to finalize a sale
- Consistently meet expectations through teamwork, respect, and willingness to help and support others
Skills/Education Required:
- High energy, self-starting, highly motivated, ethical, and able to work with minimal direction
- Exceptional customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to be a team player
- Paid training hours provided!

- $60,000 – $75,000 annual compensation
