Medical Front Office Receptionist
Northern Arizona Ear, Nose & Throat is looking for a FT (32-40 Hrs/ wk) Front office/check-in receptionist for our two provider ENT practice. This position includes:
* Hours of work: 9-5 (may vary)
* Preparing daily paperwork
* Answering phones, managing referrals, answering patient questions or resourcefully referring them to coworker and coordinating patient appointments
* Patient check-in
* Cross training with check-out
* Must be detail oriented, efficient, manage time independently, enjoy a variety of duties and have a passion to help others
* Proactive problem solver with in interest to ensure patients and coworkers receive appropriate information/updates.
