Medical Assistant – Body Sculpting Position
Part time to Full Time
Role Description: We are hiring a medical assistant/Masseuse that can assist with body sculpting services provided in our office. This involves working with equipment that focuses on fat cell reduction and body sculpting. Included with these responsibilities, the MA must also provided additional guidance in all services provided at clinic and how they can benefit clients/patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide sessions to clients by appointment
- Guide clients through service offerings and determine treatment that benefits them most
- Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions
- Sell treatment packages
- Suggest future sessions and regime to clients
- After treatment follow up
- Create treatment plans
- Assist Patients in pursuing other services available in practice
- Provide feedback and continuous improvement ideas to executive team
- Participate in business expansion plans, including new patient retention, training and preparedness of new offices and continuous learning of Health and Wellness practices
Requirements
- Strong Organizational and Communication Skills
- Ability to Multi-task and maintain a friendly and update demeanor
- Some Experience in Body Sculpting, Massage Therapy a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Time management abilities
- Demonstrated sales and customer service skills
- Confidence to work independently
- Willingness to take over existing patients as well as take on new patients
- Ability to travel to various office locations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
