This position is on-site and not eligible for remote work.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Take statements and interview injured workers regarding the details of their accident
  • Schedule medical appointments for injured employees
  • Participate in roundtable discussions to develop claim resolution strategies
  • Obtain the Florida All-Lines license within 30 days of hire (licensing fees paid for by Johns Eastern)

Position Qualifications:

  • College degree or 3 years equivalent professional experience required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient data entry/computer skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
