This position is on-site and not eligible for remote work.
Position Responsibilities:
- Take statements and interview injured workers regarding the details of their accident
- Schedule medical appointments for injured employees
- Participate in roundtable discussions to develop claim resolution strategies
- Obtain the Florida All-Lines license within 30 days of hire (licensing fees paid for by Johns Eastern)
Position Qualifications:
- College degree or 3 years equivalent professional experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient data entry/computer skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
