Joy Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work mainly in an office setting. In this position, the RN will have a mix variety of tasks, including auditing charts for compliance, communicating with patients and physicians, conducting patient assessments, analyzing medical records, etc. The RN must have home healthcare experience and current Oasis Assessment experience! Hours are preferably Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm but may be negotiated. The Registered Nurse candidate must need previous home healthcare experience. Also, in this position, the applicant must need to have very recent OASIS experience. Additional requirements include:
- 2 pieces of identification (Example: State ID, Social Security Card, etc.)
- Active RN License
- Current Physical within 6 months
- 2 Steps of PPD/TB test
- 1st step within the last year, 2nd step within the last 30 days
- (Chest X-Ray’s are accepted also)
- Clean Criminal Background check
- Able to pass a drug screen
- CPR Card/First Aid
