We are now hiring a highly professional Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Job Shifts Available:
12 Hour Shift – 3 on / 3 off 6:00PM – 6:30AM
8 Hour Shift – 5 on / 2 off -5 on / 3 off rotation 2:00PM-10:00PM
Responsibilities
- Licensed Nurse who provides safe, competent, quality care.
- Complete medication pass, resident care and proper nurse charting/documentation.
- Nursing assessments based on interview, examination, observation and review of records of our residents.
- Nursing actions are consistent with the care plan and medical regimen.
- Coordinates resident care activities, based on established priorities, including teaching, rounding, counseling, and discharge planning, and directs/delegates appropriately to members of the health care team.
- Oversees the care staff and helps them in making educated care decisions.
- Enjoy being part of a team, as this position will work closely with a team of nursing assistants and other inter-disciplinary team members assuring our residents are receiving the best of care and customer service.
Required Skills and Experience
Current Washington State RN/LPN License
