A Chiropractic Office, established in 1999, is currently seeking a front desk receptionist. Responsibilities include:
Duties Include:
-Welcome and greet patients as they enter.
-Answer phones in a courteous manner and take detailed messages
-Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
-Assist with digital and hard-copy documentation, faxing, and photocopying
-Willingness to work in a team setting
-Keep a safe and clean reception area complying with rules and regulations
-Contributing to the team by accomplishing other tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
-Experience in medical or allied healthcare field preferred
-Ability to multitask proficiently
-Effectively communicate with people from diverse backgrounds
-Able to work independently and prioritize work flow
-Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with sensitive issues
-Strong work ethic and commitment to learn and grow
-Passion to help others
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All patients and guests are asked to wait in their car and call when they arrive in order to help control the flow of patients. Temperatures are taken upon arrival and masks are required. Sanitizing and disinfecting protocols are rigorously followed.
