Senior Living Properties is seeking a dynamic Clinical Liaison or experienced Marketing Director. As the Area Director of Sales/Marketing, you will develop a strong working relationship with attending physicians, hospital care managers and discharge planners via outside sales calls, conversations, education and follow-up.

This position will assist several SNF’s in the Wichita Falls market area, provide onsite assessments, assist with admission decisions, and provide patient follow-up in target hospitals, as well as look for niche marketing opportunities. It will also assist to develop and host internal/external marketing events.

Qualifications:

• Previous skilled health care sales experience preferred.
• Sales and community relations experience preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Organizational skills required.
• Knowledge of reimbursement programs from payor sources preferred.
• Must have proven skills in working independently; self-motivated, self-directed, goal-directed, and goal oriented.
• Formal sales training preferred.
• Must relate professionally to other employees at all levels of Senior Living Properties.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written format.
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with multiple and various people and organizations externally.
