This program includes a multi-year longitudinal study of mothers and children in the region and will require integration of data from a variety of sources. She or he will collaborate with Legal, Corporate Compliance, Human Resources, Marketing and other departments as indicated to assist the Corporate Director develop needed policies and procedures, as well as furthering the Ballad mission in this region.
The Program Manager will be responsible for supervision of personnel and assist in the budget process within the Department of Academics and Research. The Program Manager must be self-motivated, serve as a strong leader and coach, be committed to continual performance improvement, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to assimilate complex ideas into easily understandable concepts. EDUACTION AND EXPERIENCEThe Program Manager will possess a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, business, information systems, finance, or similar related field with experience in data acquisition and analysis.
Masters of Public Health or work in population health or the social sciences preferred. In lieu of degree, 5-years’ experience will be considered.
