Polar Bear Air Conditioning of Cayman Islands is hiring for a full-time HVAC Technician to represent our company and provide excellent customer service for our clients while going into their homes to service, repair, install, and effectively communicate the diagnosis and needed repairs. This position offers a highly-competitive hourly wage of, $29-$35 USD-equivalent that is tax-free in Cayman Dollars.
Along with working in the gorgeous Cayman Islands, this HVAC Technician position is eligible for excellent benefits such as 2 weeks paid vacation (after the first year), 12 paid public holidays, 50% company-paid medical insurance, relocation fees, uniforms, iPad, company vehicle, and a 5% matching pension (after 9 months employment). QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC TECHNICIAN
- At least 5 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing residential and light commercial appliances
- Can pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
- Can read and interpret manuals, instructions, diagrams, and policies.
- Can lift, push, pull, carry, and/or maneuver heavier items with/without assistance
- Top-notch customer service skills
