Elmer’s Home Services Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking to hire a full-time Residential HVAC Lead Installation Technician to join our San Antonio, TX team. Are you prepared to support our growing commercial installation division by scheduling and dispatching crews as well as ordering equipment and materials? Can you maintain project labor hours within acceptable limits and request change orders as needed to maintain the profitability of jobs? Can you install heating and cooling systems, and provide leadership for the other Installers? This position comes with a work schedule of 40 hours a week during daytime business hours and additional hours are required on occasion. You also earn a competitive $25-$35 an hour, depending on volume.

RESIDENTIAL HVAC LEAD INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant experience as an installer
- HVAC Technician certifications or licensing
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Can pass a background check and periodic drug tests
- Can lift 60+ lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems
