Well established healthcare system seeks several energetic Call Center Schedulers – healthcare. This person will: answer a high volume of calls and emails, book appointments and procedures, perform insurance verifications and rep-authorizations. 

Full time schedule – Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. $17-19/hr depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Answering high volume of calls and emails
  • Scheduling and rescheduling appointments and procedures
  • Performing insurance verifications and pre-authorizations

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Must have great customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and proven verbal and written communication skills.
  • Call center preferred. Healthcare experience is a plus!

***MUST be COVID-19 vaccinated, able to pass a background check and drug screen.
