Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN to join our team! As an RN on our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical unit
• Assess patients’ conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record vital signs, progress notes, and other patient information
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on their conditions and treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records
• Provide support and guidance to less experienced nurses

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Colorado
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Registered Nurse
• BSN degree or equivalent preferred
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical-surgical nursing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• PALS and TNCC certifications preferred
