Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year

We work on a wide variety of projects including: mixed-use commercial developments, urban and suburban multifamily, healthcare, office, high-end resort, and parks and recreation.

Job Details

REQUIREMENTS:
– PE license or ability to obtain it
– AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Project Management for Single Family/Residential projects; Review of all Proposals/Contracts; Scope of Work, establish appropriate fees
– Project requirements, deliverables, agency regulations, scheduling, and project deadlines; QA/QC reviews on all assigned civil design work
– Monitor/assist Project Managers in Construction Admin responsibilities of projects (Pre-con thru Closeout)
– Coordination with clients, contractors, and government agencies to provide solutions to field issues, review change orders and pay apps, evaluate as-builts, and coordinate project closeout
