Data Analyst – Healthcare Invoicing

Genesis10 is seeking a Data Analyst – Healthcare Invoicing for a contract with our client in Plymouth, MN. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in understanding and optimizing Healthcare’s contracting and invoicing processes. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Invoice Reconciliation:
  • Understand Healthcare’s contracting and invoicing processes.
  • Reconcile, calculate, and verify invoices for customers.
  • Tracking and Dashboard Development:
  • Collaborate with the Program Lead to develop trackers and dashboards.
  • Monitor invoicing progress and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Communication:
  • Liaise with customers, finance, sales, and management to provide updates on billing/invoicing progress.
  • Statistical Analyses and Financial Forecasting:
  • Assist in customer targeting and conduct statistical analyses on data.
  • Ensure accurate predictive financial forecasting based on gathered information.
  • Contract Compliance:
  • Support customer contract compliance efforts.
  • Verify the accuracy of data and act as a liaison to the business.

Required Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Proficiency in Excel or Access.
  • Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data manipulation and visualization.
  • Ability to pull lists, conduct counts, and generate reports.
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, PowerBI, and Visio.

Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $35.00-$45.00
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
