Senior Solution Architect – Healthcare Data Architecture

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Solution Architect – Healthcare Data Architecture for a contract with our client in Eden Prairie, MN. 100% Remote.

Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in healthcare data architecture to join their team immediately. As a Senior Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in assessing, defining, and implementing a centralized, enterprise data and reporting solution for Clinical and Quality Measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and define the buildout of a centralized data and reporting solution for 50 Quality and Patient Safety measures across 22 business units.
  • Conduct source data quality analysis and identify gaps in data availability, completeness, concurrency, and consistency.
  • Review current state inventory, perform gap analysis, and recommend future states in collaboration with relevant entities.
  • Evaluate source data acquisition options (batch, event-driven, frequency) and normalize metrics for enterprise reporting.
  • Gap Analysis Support:
  • Support ongoing Gap Analysis efforts, ensuring completion by March 1.
  • Lead Solution Assessment with a focus on data quality and completeness.
  • Identify opportunities for aligning source systems with enterprise-normalized metrics.
  • Reporting Solution Design:
  • Lead end-to-end reporting solution design and architecture.
  • Define the scope of the data infrastructure, including end-to-end data supply chain, data normalization, enrichment infrastructure, and ETL pipelines.
  • Develop current state, future state, and transition state data flow and reference architectures for Quality and Patient Safety measures.
  • Collaboration and Partnership:
  • Partner with Health architects, business leaders, and LOB teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Identify improvements needed in LOB-specific systems and processes while establishing common infrastructure for reuse.
  • Provide future state solutions aligned with existing strategic solutions like the Enterprise Clinical Data Hub, and Care Data Platform.
  • Determine the need for common/enterprise solutions versus local solutions, presenting the pros and cons for each approach.
  • Develop a high-level ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) definition for the proposed enterprise solution.
  • Create a high-level plan for the development of the enterprise solution, with a submission deadline of April 19th, 2024.

Required Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on healthcare data architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Clinical and Quality Measures in a healthcare setting.
  • Expertise in conducting gap analysis and solution assessment.
  • Proficiency in defining data infrastructure, ETL pipelines, and reporting solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $75.00-$88.00
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
