Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • 3+ years as a practicing attorney in the healthcare, technology, and or government affairs field preferred.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth legal analysis and advice on matters related to healthcare, technology, and government law.
  • Assess the impact of federal regulations on clients and develop strategies to address legal challenges.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations affecting clients in healthcare and technology sectors.
  • Assist in developing compliance programs and policies tailored to government legal requirements.
  • Serve as a legal representative for clients in interactions with federal government agencies.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients’ interests in matters involving healthcare, technology, and government law.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, regulatory submissions, and other relevant materials.
  • Ensure the accuracy and legality of documents submitted to federal authorities.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with federal government officials and agencies.
  • Stay informed about legislative developments and participate in advocacy efforts on behalf of clients.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies that align with clients’ objectives.
