AWARE invites applications for a Lead Clinical Program Supervisor to join their team.

AWARE’s Lead Program Clinical Supervisor (LCSW/LCPC).This oversight will include overseeing the nursing and therapeutic need of clients, overseeing interventions, assist in staff training and scheduling, day-to-day functions of the program(s), and conducting file reviews. This position also ensures that all treatment services and interventions are provided in accordance with established levels of professional practice.

The individual assigned to this role is expected to possess the education and skills need to develop and deliver the job duties listed below. Additionally, the successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Position is a full-time 1.0 FTE and includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including insurance, mandatory retirement program, tuition advancement, paid vacation, personal and sick leave and annual raises.

The starting wage is $66,500 – $68,500/year

Requirements:

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • A thorough administrative understanding of Mental Health related programs.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to provide leadership to a diverse spectrum of professionals and paraprofessionals are significant.
  • Requires skills in oral, written and interpersonal and necessitates the ability to set goals and to meet them within established standards.
  • To think critically, to recognize challenges and problem solve, to interpret and adapt guidelines to specific situations, and to work independently as well as part of a team.

Education/Experience:

  • An advanced degree (RN, MS, MA, PhD) in Nursing, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Requires one (1) year direct work experience, along with the willingness and ability to pursue professional licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or any other such license as recognized and regulated in the State of Montana.
  • As a condition of continued employment – AWARE’s Adult ICBR MH Residential Program Director must pursue and maintain the specific professional clinical license (RN/LCSW or LCPC) and/or professional certification as required by state, federal governing boards and other such certification boards.
