CHECKOUT RECEPTIONIST — FRISCO, TX
Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm Pay: $15-18 hourly
Pioneer Medical Associates is looking for a FAST paced checkout receptionist for a busy primary care and infectious disease practice.
eClinicalWorks experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting patients upon arrival
- Checking out patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Verifying insurance
- Insurance eligibility and benefits
- Taking and triaging calls
- Returning voice messages
- Collecting co-pays, deductibles, and past due balances
- Faxing documents
- Data entry
