Clauss Orthodontics is seeking an Orthodontic Chairside Assistant to become part of our awesome team!
Expectations of a Clauss Orthodontics Chairside Team Member:
- Ensuring a positive experience for both patients and guests at our office
- Assisting the doctor chairside in providing exceptional care
- The ability to work independently with direction from the doctor
- Obtaining x-rays, photos, and digital scans when needed
- Setting up and breaking down treatment stations
- Assisting other team members when needed
- The willingness to always be learning and improving
- Always representing Clauss Orthodontics in a professional, positive manner
Each team member at Clauss Orthodontics is also expected to participate in office and social media marketing as well as our community outreach activities
This is a full-time position at our office (currently Mon, Wed, Thurs 8-5, Tues 7-4, and one Sat per month 8-noon during non-summer months). Prospective candidates need to be able and willing to travel to both our Watertown and new Middlebury location per our office schedule.
Preference will be given to applicants with previous orthodontic chairside experience, however, consideration will be given to all applicants and training can be provided for the right person.
Infection control and radiology certification is preferred but can be obtained while employed.
