Duties:

The Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist is responsible to assist in the performance of invasive testing and interventional procedures used in the detection and treatment of the heart and circulatory system within Cardiac Catheter, CTO and Structural Heart procedure rooms. RCIS Technologists must be able to be proficient in the functions of Monitoring, Circulating and Scrubbing

Skills:

The RCIS is responsible to assist in the performance of invasive testing and interventional procedures used in the detection and treatment of the heart and circulatory system within Cardiac Catheter, CTO and Structural Heart procedure rooms.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

Registered Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist.

Must be from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Program. (CAAHEP).

Maintain a BLS and ACLS certificate.

Certifications & Licenses:

CVT, RTR, RCIS, or RECS

ACLS

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 – $70.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bloomfield, MI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
