We are currently looking for clinicians in the greater South Austin/Buda/Kyle/Bastrop/Lakeway and surrounding areas to help adults of all ages stay healthy, mobile, and independent by providing exceptional nursing and therapy services to those in need!
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide evaluations and 1-on-1 treatment with patients impacted by a variety of conditions and impairments. The expected caseload would be mostly geriatric and post-surgical adults.
- NO OASIS DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED!!
· Provide therapy guidance, support, and education during patient visits.
· Communicate with Physicians, the home health agency and other disciplines involved in the patients’ care.
· Complete documentation through EMRs in a timely manner
