Job duties include:
- Ensuring client health concerns are handled expeditiously.
- Liaising with outside health professionals and Medical Doctor regarding client health needs.
- Overseeing client self-administration of medications.
- Reviewing and signing off on paperwork.
- Transportation to and from medical appointments for clients.
- Meeting with clients upon intake.
Job qualifications include:
- Valid licensure/Certificaion as an LVN, LPN or CNA within the state of California.
- Valid California Driver’s License.
- CPR/FIRST AID certification.
- Experience a plus.
- Computer proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
5 days per week, 40 hours.
