The Youth Care Worker is responsible for providing direct care supervision of youth residing in the residential facility. Creating and maintaining an environment of learning and behavioral management in a supportive manner. The Youth Care Worker will maintain a flexible, organized and efficient work schedule. MUST provide the following:
Requirements:
– High school diploma or GED
– Copy of your resume
– Negative TB test is required
– AZ Drivers license – No DUIs
– Restrictive Training and Certification- CPI Certification required*
– Level 1 Fingerprint Card required (Clear criminal background record)
– CPR certification required
(MUST provide and continue to update any expiring documentation)
Must be available to work weekends
Available shift (3pm-11pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Behavioral health: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Level 1 Fingerprint card (Required)
- Restraint training (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Driver’s License (Required)
