Job Title: Treatment Plan Coordinator
Pay: $30/hr.
We are seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator for our on-site local employer in Atlanta, GA At our client’s office your comfort is their priority. A beautiful PRIVATE dental practice located in Atlanta, GA is looking to add an experienced, articulate, and friendly treatment coordinator to join their team! This practice is looking for someone who will be able to create a positive environment for the patients and team and who is motivated to grow together as a team.
This state-of-the-art practice is excited about its future and is looking for the right person to grow with this new office! The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task these daily activities:
Responsibilities:
- Serving as resident expert on basic job knowledge such as filing insurance claims, office software, insurance verification and insurance claims.
- Knwoledge regarding Accounts Receivables
- Building a productive office schedule
- Managing methods to maximize productivity and also allow for exceptional patient care
- Responding to both general dentistry patients and patient concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Having great communication skills * * Exhibiting flexibility and adaptability to form great relationships with our team
- Being a leader, guiding our team to success in a fast-paced and energetic work atmosphere
- Know how to own the schedule
- Know basic CDT codes
- Excellent typing skills
