How a Behavior Therapist (YOU) Changes the Life of Our Clients-
- Provide 1:1 direct instruction in client homes or community locations
- Independently implement lesson and behavior reduction plans with fidelity
- Teach appropriate social and communication skills
- Collect data on client progress
- Attend weekly team meeting to ensure client progress and outcomes are on track
- Commitment to client success – our clients depend on you to provide consistent treatment throughout the longevity of their treatment plan
Who Makes a Dynamic Team Member-
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Driven to making a positive impact in the lives of others
- Have a reliable, insured vehicle, and clean driving record
- Pass a Department of Justice Fingerprint Screening
- Have a negative TB test, be current on immunizations, completed Covid-19 vaccination series, complete a health screening that confirms that you are physically capable of performing job duties
- Demonstrate outstanding professional interpersonal and communication skills
