Empower Behavioral Health & Intervention is seeking Therapeutic Behavioral Aides to join our team.

Pay rate $16.00 – $20 commensurate with experience.
Individual to work in an educational and therapeutic day setting with children ages 3-22 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related disabilities. Individual to collaborate with other treatment professionals and intervention specialists. Individual to provide 1:1 and small group therapy as well as providing teaching of educational and social goals. Experience preferred in autism, mental health, or intervention specialist background.
- Hours are varied by client
- High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years mental health experience preferred, or verifiable Bachelor’s degree with no experience necessary.
- Company paid training.
- Must possess excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Excellent attendance required.
- Applicants must be able to pass background checks.
