Hearing Care Practitioner – Beltone Hearing Aid Center – Ionia, MI

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic individual who is ready to work with the best!

Family First, Top Workplace Awarded Company, Beltone, a world leader in hearing healthcare, is looking to add a Hearing Care Practitioner to our team. As a Hearing Care Practitioner, you will work one-on-one with patients to provide a world class solution for those needing hearing help. This position will have a commission and bonus pay structure with earning potential to exceed $60,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

Treat each patient as a dear loved one (family member) while building rapport and learning how hearing loss is impact their life. Fulfilling our obligation to help those with hearing loss.
Document case history and completing hearing evaluations with audiometric testing.
Provide results and recommend hearing instruments, if applicable.
Perform routine care including annual evaluations, programming of devices, cleaning of devices, troubleshooting and repairs.
Represent the company in a professional manner with a strong desire for patient care.
Performing duties while achieving company revenue and KPI goals.

Qualifications:

Present oneself with a professional, positive and friendly demeanor.
Documented sales experience as a high achiever exceeding expectations.
Licensed to dispense hearing aids and/or the ability to become licensed.
Desire to learn new information while accepting coaching and feedback.
Experience in creating your own sales prospects through community outreach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Compensation:

Commission and bonus-based program with potential to exceed $60,000.
