Edenbrook of St. Cloud is a skilled nursing facility located in St Cloud, Minnesota, as a part of the Eden Senior Care network. We are recruiting positive, happy, and reliable Full-time Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team!

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- $28 an hour program
Take advantage of our new H.R. Promotional Program where Licensed Practical Nurses get paid $28 an hour. This program will only be offered to the first 8 L.P.N.s who get brought on during this time must commit to and fulfill consistently a minimum of 30 hours per week and including every other weekend. Once 8 L.P.N.s are hired/employed with these minimums and commitments, all new hires will be hired at the regular wage scale. Individuals hired under this program will not qualify for a SIGN-ON BONUS.
All LPNs who are hired into this program will be required to maintain all the minimum requirements. Suppose the employee exceeds three workweeks below these minimum requirements. In that case, the employee will be disqualified from the program and paid at a facility’s regular wage scale. Please note that all applicants must be COV-19 vaccinated prior to the interview date.
Responsibilities
- To provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
- Direct the day to day activities of the nursing assistants
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration.
- Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family
- Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy
Are you:
- Customer service orientated
- A Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN, LPN Nurse, LVN, New Grad LPN, Nursing student, or an LPN Travel Nurse/ Travel Contract LPN that is looking for a permanent facility with great benefits
