DESCRIPTION:
Lyons Counseling & Associates, LLC is looking for part-time, contract, fully licensed LPC / LCSW / LMFT psychotherapists to provide Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluations, and Group Therapy for adolescents residing in residential treatment facilities in Spring, Texas.
Work days and hours are flexible. Selected applicants will need to be available at least 2-3 days per week. Services will be provided face-to-face 2x per week for each adolescent assigned. Selected applicants will determine their caseload size.
Payment is $45-55 for individual therapy, $60-70 for psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, and $8-10 per adolescent in group therapy.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fully Licensed as LPC / LCSW / LMFT in the State of Texas Only (NO INTERNS).
LSOTP or ASOTP is a plus.
Must have a valid National Provider Identification (NPI), CAQH # and fully completed and attested CAQH profile, and current Malpractice Insurance within one week of hire.
TMHP Medicaid provider and/or Superior Healthplan provider is highly recommended, but not required. If you are not a current Medicaid provider there will be an approximate 60-90 day delay before you can begin employment.
Certifications in Child and Adolescent Needs Strengths (CANS 2.0), Trauma Focused – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) are a plus!
DFPS background check and fingerprinting required.
TB testing may be required.
