Job Description/Duties:
No experience required! We are a growing company, looking for an energetic team member. Those looking for long-term employment are encouraged to apply, as our company offers opportunities for growth and advancement!

  • Venipuncture collection of blood
  • Labeling tubes as well as verifying name on tubes, centrifuging, and processing and splitting specimens
  • Maintain inventory and submit order to management for supplies
  • Perform physical modalities as directed by the doctor (i.e. decompression, stretching, heat, ice, manual therapies)
  • Directing patient flow to ensure an excellent experience for patients and efficiency for doctors
  • Answering phones and calling patients as needed
  • Exam and X-ray room preparation
  • Participation in continued education opportunities
  • Cross-training in other departments as your aptitude dictates.
  • With appropriate training, act as a mentor and resource for new employees
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Memorization of scripts

Job Requirements
1. Excellent phlebotomy skills to include geriatric.
2. Must be able to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
3. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record, if applicable.
4. Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
5. Must demonstrate Superior Customer Focus; ability to communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors and patients.

Work Experience
1. Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience required.
2. Minimum 1 year in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
3. Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
Work Location and Schedule

Redmond, Oregon
Hours: Monday — Thursday 7:30AM – 6:00pm, full time. Hours may vary slightly. (Occasional trainings of Fridays should be expected.)
