Clover Health Care is looking for a Registered Nurse(RN) to fill the role of Unit Manager on one of our long term care nursing home units. Clover Health Care was founded in 1974 based on the fundamental premise that health care needs change as we age. Our resident-centered approach accommodates varying levels of care and assistance according to an individual’s changing needs and requirements.
We are looking for a Nurse who has a current and unencumbered license in the State of Maine, who has critical thinking skills, the ability to interact professionally with residents, family members, visitors, staff, government personnel and the general public. Knowledge of State and Federal long-term care guidelines is preferred. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively, handle stressful situations with tact and be willing to work as part of a team to meet the needs of our residents. Experience with Point Click Care and MDS is preferred. Strong leadership skills are required.
This is primarily a Monday – Friday position with an on-call rotation.
