Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Grace Autism Services – Savannah, GA

The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analysis and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills.

A BCBA will also oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and provide ongoing support and supervision to RBTs, and other qualified health professionals as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Behavior Intervention and Treatment Plans.

Reports to: Clinical Director

Minimum Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in Special Education or related human services field

· At least 5 years’ experience working with individuals who have pervasive developmental disorders and related disorders

· Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skill, instructional skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills and interpersonal relations

· Ability to work with a variety of clients in regard to age, functionality, and with minimal direction

· Certified as a BCBA for at least 1 year

· Knowledge of programming and implementing for behavior reduction and increase

· Knowledge of multiple assessment tools and treatment practices

· Flexible availability which includes Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

· Valid professional liability insurance

· Transportation that is reliable and insured in the employee’s state of residency

· Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

· Function in a supervisory capacity and provide oversight to all areas of programming including the training of RBTs, BCBAs, other qualified health professionals, or stakeholders.

· Assist in the development, facilitation, and follow-up training in ABA, using a variety of behavior analytic procedures

· Facilitate and assist in the development and identification of resources and support information for clients and their families

· Provide model teaching and other direct instructional supports including, but not limited to, practicum supervision and in-service instruction

· Create ongoing data collection system to establish baseline and programmatic efficacy for all consumers

· Analyze data on a frequent and ongoing basis to guide programming

· Develop behavior plans/treatment plans for all consumers and stakeholders

· Provide consultation services with other health professionals, parents, community, and community agencies

· Keep current with the literature, new research findings and resources

· Maintain BCBA certification, CPR certification, and other required licenses and certifications related to position

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Position is also open to 1099 contract employees

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
