We are looking for a Massage Therapist with at least Early Graduates ok or 1+ years of working experience in a Day Spa + MedSpa
Job Overview:
Our massage therapist is one of the faces of our business. For this reason, they are responsible for providing an unforgettable experience for our customers by helping them relax, destress, and recover in a calming atmosphere. Our massage therapist may also be asked to travel to on-site locations to provide massages. The ideal client has a passion for massage therapy and a love of working with people.
Responsibilities:
- Massaging clients for 30 to 90 minutes
- Informing clients of the various services provided
- Taking detailed physical histories from customers, including facts about previous injuries
- Creating sessions that revolve around specific complaints
- Providing clients with a professional and comfortable atmosphere
- Scheduling regular appointments for recurring clients
- Traveling to corporate events to provide on-site massages
Necessary Skills & Qualifications:
- Current massage therapy state license
- Strong knowledge of several massage therapy styles
- Hardworking and motivated
- Passionate about massage therapy
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle specific muscular conditions
- Multitasking skills
- Time-management skills
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous therapy or spa experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Willingness to travel for work-related responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour
