Urgently Hiring – CNA HHA PCA – Multiple Shifts Available up to 17/hr – FirstLight Home Care of Boston Northwest – Burlington, MA

FirstLight Home Care of Boston NW is actively hiring Caregivers in the Burlington area with good availability and flexibility to work various shifts, including short shifts, 2 – 6 hours. Higher pay rates for 2-3 hour shifts available. WE CURRENTLY HAVE A GREAT NEED FOR DAYTIME AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY.

Duties and Responsibilities

Providing companionship and developing caring relationships
Cooking meals or assisting with meal preparation
Reminding clients to exercise and take medications
Shopping and running errands with/for clients
Driving/accompanying them to appointments or social events
Assisting with light housework
Ensuring client safety and monitoring/recording health changes
Other Companion Care services, as assigned
Personal Care services including: bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility assistance, toileting and incontinence care

Qualifications and Skills

All employees must be able to pass a National Background Check and Drug Test.
Vehicle, valid Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance is required.
CNA/HHA preferred, but not required. Experience is a plus.
