Experience in Home Health, Hospice, IV Therapy or wound care is preferred but not required. On-the-job training is available for nurses who have not worked in home health care.

As a LVN/LPN, you will:
- Work one-on-one with patients in a home environment
- Computerized documentation
- Exercise strong decision making and judgment skills
- LVN’s work with an interdisciplinary team in weekly case conferences
- Set your own schedule, providing you flexibility throughout the day
- Receive health, dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance
- Receive 3+ weeks of paid time off every year

Qualifications:
- Licensed Vocational Nurse in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of one year Home Healthcare experience preferred (but not required).
- Must work well independently, enjoy problem solving and understand the importance of accurate documentation.
- Thrives in situations requiring critical thinking.
- Valid Driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
As a nurse at BSA Compassion Home Care, typical hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with opportunities for occasional on-call and/or weekend duties. All of our field staff receives tablets for in-home visits, so you must be computer proficient to excel in this opportunity.
