As a member of this skilled team there are multiple levels of support and training. The extensive clinical support offered by the team make this a great fit for new clinicians entering the field. In addition, this role allows clinicians to practice their honed abilities with youth with intense needs. You will be able to help people in-person in your office, in their homes, in local churches or through teletherapy. We offer training for new therapist and weekly supervision for your licensing requirements. Seasoned therapist will have a generous starting pay along with clinical supervision and possibilities to become certified in evidence-based counseling models. Ennis Center is a trauma-informed agency and supports its therapist to become trauma-focused therapist. You will have an eclectic case load with referrals from our foster care program, probation program and the local communities. You will be able to either broaden your cliental or focus to become more specialized. For the therapist role you should have a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology with a passion to treat serious mental health issues in youth and adults. All applicants should be license eligible in Michigan (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, TLLP, LLP). New graduates are welcome and licensure supervision is offered. Therapy is conducted in the youth’s community. We currently have openings in three of our sites – Detroit, Pontiac, and Flint.
