Position Information:
The Patient Accounts Representative is responsible for the check in and out process of patients presenting for medical appointments. Position is responsible for entering and verifying identified data into the electronic medical record to ensure accuracy. Ensures patients receive exceptional customer service, answers patient calls, completes scheduling duties and complete insurance verification. Understands the needs of the organization and supports the missions, values and management of WakeMed Physician Practices.

Experience Requirements:
1 Year Healthcare Preferred

Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required – And College Courses Business Preferred
