Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts have access to greater autonomy in individualizing assessment and treatment, support for maintaining a caseload that meets your individual scheduling needs, interests, expertise, and excellent opportunities for advancement. We work with clients of all ages and abilities in a variety of settings across the Pasco-Hernando region. This opening is specifically for the Wesley Chapel area with an emphasis on services provided in the school/classroom setting.
BCBA Duties
- Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to be considered
- Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized behavior plans for clients
- Experience in school settings is preferred but not mandatory
- After school availability preferred but not required
- Diversified caseload with children, teens, and adults
- Diversified caseload with a variety of funding sources
- Provide supervision and training to BCaBAs and RBTs
- Update behavior plans for reassessment as determined by Medicaid and/or Private Insurance
