Receptionist Wanted: (Clayton NC Area) 20 min South of Raleigh
Position Available for Part Time and Full Time receptionist. We are a very busy, 4 doctor, small animal practice. We are located in the Clayton area, about 20 minutes south of Raleigh.
We are searching for the right candidate to demonstrate compassion and care for our client’s animals and to effectively communicate with team managers, staff members and clients. Must be able to multi-task, work well with others, and be self motivated. Candidates must have excellent communication skills both with clients and team members. Candidate must be able to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast paced setting. Experience with Avimark is a plus, but not required. Experience with veterinary verbiage is preferred and highly recommended.
Hours are M-F working: 8am-12p, 12p-4p, 4:00-8:00pm and 3:00-6:00pm rotating shifts. We discourage 12 hour shifts. Weekend rotation for weekend kennel duties, as a “fill in”, may be asked of you as well.
