We are seeking CNAs to join our evening team.Up to $22 per hour based on experience, certification & expertise (wage range is $16 – 22)._ $1,500 _retention bonus for_ full time, $750_ for part time.
Our staff to resident ratio is 1: 3 in the evenings in our homes so you can focus on providing exceptional care and build those relationships with your residents. It’s the very reason you decided to become a caregiver, isn’t it?

Shift times: typical shift is 2 or 3 pm to 9 or 10 pm. We also offer 10 and 12 hour schedule options that can be crafted to fit your needs and the needs of our residents if you desire that.
Required Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) In good standing on the MN Nursing Assistant registry and able to pass the MDH background check
- Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be on your feet for 7-8 hours
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Valid Drivers License
- Current vaccinations for both COVID19 and the seasonal Flu are required prior to working with Residents for all new staff
- Dementia Care experience a plus (but not required)
Primary Responsibilities of our CNA’s and Home Health Aides:
- Provide direct care to Residents with dementia and complex medical conditions.
- Support Residents by providing housekeeping and laundry services, preparing meals and distributing medication
