8 – 10 AM and 4 – 6 PM
As a Patient Access Representative, you will:
- Greet patients and assist their family members of patients
- Page security
- Register patients, verifying insurances for eligibility/benefits and obtaining authorizations or pre-certifications when needed. Includes the collection and/or notification of any out-of-pocket payments the patient may owe for insurance co-payments or deposits for the services rendered if applicable.
In addition to a high school diploma (or equivalent), we ideal candidates will have one to two years’ experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in registration and third-party payor knowledge and insurance background (required).
