About You:
- High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- CPR or BLS certification preferred
- Registered Behavior Technician credential (RBT) preferred
- Must be proficient in the use of technology (e.g., computer, iPad)
- Experience working with children that have been diagnosed with Autism or with other intellectual disabilities (preferred)

What You’ll Do:
A Behavior Therapist is responsible for working directly with our clients providing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. They will be responsible for the following duties:
- Complete 1:1 clinical therapy sessions
- Update your Clinical Supervisor with any information regarding case
- Complete source documentation in the form of Catalyst data and SOAP notes
- Receive constructive feedback with professionalism via monthly feedback forms and goal setting
