Job Requirement:
- Market and place Bench consultants for Front-End Developer / Core Java Developer positions (H1B, GC, OPT, US Citizen)
- Build strong US vendor relations – Prime Vendor or Direct Client Only
- Learn full-cycle Contract C2C Sales: vetting requirements from Job Portals, Cold Calling, Identifying the best consultants from bench, Extensive Resume Review before submission, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
- Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis – Placement of a minimum of 2 consultants per month highly encouraged
- Ability to develop a Vendor network and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time.
- Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex technical requirements
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment
- Update and maintain the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them to team leads
- Previous experience in bench sales at an ICC or CCC highly preferred
- MUST have Friendly & Team-player attitude
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and excellent communication in English MUST
Education and Qualities:
- Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Business Administration / HR etc.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin preferred
- Detail oriented, ability to multitask with strong prioritization, planning and organization skills
